1. Agreement to these Terms
CrewHook is operated by Keplerion Technologies. In these Terms, "CrewHook," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the CrewHook platform operated by Keplerion Technologies.
By using CrewHook, submitting a request, applying as a pro, accessing admin or support tools, or using the CrewHook app-based workflow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use CrewHook.
Legal review note: These Terms are a working public template and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before broad public launch.
2. What CrewHook does
CrewHook provides a platform for structured customer intake, quote comparison, app-based job workflow, diagnostic visit handling, scope reevaluation, payment authorization, completion review, and support operations.
CrewHook is not a contractor and does not perform repair, maintenance, construction, cleaning, moving, or other home-service work. Pros are independent businesses or independent professionals responsible for their own work, licensing, insurance, tools, employees, taxes, and compliance.
3. No employment relationship
CrewHook does not employ pros, technicians, contractors, or service providers. Pros are independent businesses or independent professionals and are not employees, agents, partners, joint venturers, or representatives of CrewHook.
4. Accounts, onboarding, and app access
- Customers and pros must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
- Submitting a pro application does not guarantee approval, app access, requests, jobs, income, or availability in any market.
- Approved pros may receive access to CrewHook Pro app workflows. App access can be limited, suspended, or revoked if needed for safety, compliance, misuse, fraud prevention, or platform operations.
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
5. Account suspension and termination
CrewHook may limit, suspend, disable, or remove access to accounts, onboarding applications, requests, jobs, or app workflows for safety, fraud prevention, misuse, nonpayment, legal compliance, platform integrity, or operational reasons.
6. Customer requests and quotes
- Customer request details, AI-assisted scope summaries, and marketplace guidance are informational workflow tools. They are not guaranteed diagnoses, inspections, warranties, or final prices.
- Pros are responsible for reviewing request details and deciding whether to respond with a fixed quote, range quote, diagnostic visit, on-site estimate, or other supported option.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing quote details, included and excluded scope, timing, diagnostic fallback fees, and payment authorization terms before accepting.
- A customer accepting a quote creates app workflow obligations between the customer, the selected pro, and CrewHook's payment workflow, subject to these Terms and in-app terms shown at the time.
7. Payments, authorizations, fees, and payouts
- CrewHook may use third-party payment processors to authorize, capture, refund, void, release, or reconcile payments.
- Customers may be asked to authorize payment before approved pro time or work begins.
- Platform fees, diagnostic fallback fees, scope reevaluation amounts, final amounts, or payout timing may be shown in the app workflow where applicable.
- Payment capture, payout, refund, or dispute handling may be delayed when a completion issue, payment review, fraud signal, processor issue, or operational review is active.
- CrewHook does not store full payment card numbers.
8. Payment processor terms
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Users may be required to agree to processor terms or provide information required for payment authorization, payouts, refunds, fraud prevention, taxes, or compliance. CrewHook does not store full payment card numbers.
9. Third-party services
CrewHook may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, analytics, maps, messaging, payments, push notifications, support, and security. Use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
10. Scope changes, completion, and issues
If a job changes on site, CrewHook may provide a scope reevaluation workflow so a pro can request additional authorization and the customer can review the revised scope. Customers may also report completion issues where supported. CrewHook may review available job records, messages, photos, payment records, and workflow history to help decide next operational steps.
11. Disputes between users
CrewHook may help facilitate communication, payment review, support review, or workflow records, but CrewHook is not responsible for the underlying work performed by independent pros or for disputes between customers and pros.
12. User responsibilities
- Use CrewHook only for lawful purposes.
- Do not submit false, misleading, abusive, unsafe, infringing, or fraudulent content.
- Do not interfere with CrewHook systems, payment flows, security tools, or app operations.
- Do not attempt to access information or accounts that you are not authorized to access.

13. Content and communications
You grant CrewHook permission to use content you submit, such as request descriptions, photos, videos, messages, application details, and issue reports, as needed to operate, support, secure, and improve CrewHook. CrewHook may send service, account, onboarding, support, payment, and operational messages.
14. No warranties
CrewHook is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CrewHook does not guarantee request availability, pro acceptance, customer acceptance, job outcome, timing, diagnosis, price, earnings, uninterrupted service, or error-free operation.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, CrewHook is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, loss of data, service interruption, or disputes between customers and independent pros.
16. Indemnification
